What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare annual sales budgets and strategies while meeting sales objectives and quotas
- Travel extensively to build and maintain customer relationships, seeking new clients and nurturing existing accounts
- Develop customer accounts and collaborate with engineering and sales management to create quotations and project justifications
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, moving projects through the sales funnel from lead to order
- Conduct business ethically and complete administrative tasks on time, recording all sales activities in the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales or operations/management experience in the food processing or capital equipment industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong motivation for sales with a hunter mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.com is a plus
