- Lead and execute customer events for distributors and operators.
- Manage distributor activities to meet sales quotas and business goals.
- Develop and implement “Go to Market” strategies with performance tracked in Salesforce.
- Demonstrate product quality to drive sales and expand account presence.
- Collaborate with Zone Sales Manager on K12 bids, commodities, and team development.
- Analyze sales data to assess market potential and guide inventory and customer strategy.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Distribution Team to execute local market plans.
- Prepare quotes, sales presentations, and contracts; manage promotions and events.
- Maintain client relationships, address delivery issues, and represent the company at industry events.
- Travel: 25-50% in assigned market area. Home office based ideally in the Charlotte Metro Area. This role may require occasional support assignments in North and South Carolina.
- 8+ years food sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in foodservice sales experience. Experience working with Tier 1 & 2 foodservice distributors, Tier 1 K12 Districts, and Non-Commercial accounts in the Carolinas.

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our Food Service team to be home office based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. In this role you will execute sales programs designed to increase distribution of Schwan’s products into Tier 1 & 2 foodservice distributors, Tier 1 K12 Districts, and Non-Commercial accounts in the assigned geography. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Zone Sales Manager. You will work closely with the Zone Sales Manager to coordinate and deliver results, with a focus on Non-Commercial accounts, Regional LLO’s, Colleges & Universities, Healthcare facilities, Business & Industry, Recreation and K-12 schools.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $91,000 – $151,000 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Years of Related Experience: 8+ years experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Intermediate proficiency in the operation of a personal computer in a Windowsenvironment to include the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis.Ability to navigate sales reporting systems. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.The ability to effectively present information in group settings to a wide variety of audiences.
