What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and close complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, including talent acquisition and human resource leaders
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team on pipeline building and progression within the territory
- Generate new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending trade show events
- Market and differentiate the employer's brand in a competitive environment to achieve sales goals
- Communicate effectively across departments to facilitate sales success and assist in creating RFP responses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least eight (8) years of sales experience in the HCM & SaaS or assessment industry, preferably in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Proven experience generating opportunities in large, enterprise-sized companies across North America
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen with experience working with senior leadership or executives
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and influence at all levels within an organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Extensive sales methodology training (MEDDPIC, Sandler, Solution Selling, Challenger, etc.)
- Technical aptitude and understanding of software applications/systems
- Analytical skills to understand metrics and tailor presentations to clients
- Strong negotiating skills
- Detail-oriented approach to work
