- Manage Sales process through Service Managers.
- Lead weekly Service Manager meetings via Zoom.
- Review Top Ten Repair, Channel Sales, and Equipment/Drain Sales
- Support weekly regional sales training.
- Align Regional Sales with Marketing, monthly.
- Align with Operations Manager and General Managers on assigned branches, daily or weekly as needed.
- Coordinate with Lead Generation and Contact Center team on outbound strategies.
- Drive and improve the sales process across all channels (IAQ, Duct, Insulation, etc.)
- Lead quarterly Sales bootcamps for new associates (Technicians and Service Managers).
- Be an active participant and supporter of all things related to culture.
- Visit the branches within their region weekly and as needed.
- Responsible for Sales KPI accountability of Service Managers at branch level.
- Manager customer review within their region.
- Spot check gross margin and job costing of Service Managers sales and anticipate opportunities to improve and execute.
- Conduct bi-monthly sales KPI review with Service Managers.
