      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coach a team of biologic representatives to exceed sales objectives
      - Build and maintain relationships with regional key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
      - Monitor field insights and share feedback with commercialization and brand managers
      - Ensure alignment of business and engagement plans with brand strategy
      - Optimize team resources through effective budget and management systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience in advanced therapies/biologics
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, social, biological, or physical sciences
      - Fluency in both French and English
      - Proven account management experience with a track record of commercial sales success
      - Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for team management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in managing and developing high-performance sales teams
      - Experience working in alliance partnerships within the pharmaceutical industry
      - Knowledge of immunology therapeutic areas
