What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Commercial activities around Warren Rupp products and territories as assigned
- Develop and implement business plans, strategic objectives, and pricing initiatives
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned markets and related product/services offerings
- Gather and analyze customer insight to nurture and enrich external perceptions of the company
- Provide leadership and direction to inside sales teams on customer prospecting and development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A college degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum five years’ experience in industrial field sales, marketing, or product/customer management
- Strong collaborator and team player
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational, planning, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel, including 50% overnight stay

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft dynamics and Power bi
- Experience within an office environment and manufacturing complex
- Mechanical aptitude to perform basic teardown and assembly of pumps
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
