      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage direct customer activities within the defined region to increase sales of the employer's products and services
      - Identify major opportunities, gather information, and develop strategies to grow the account base
      - Oversee the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, and closing deals
      - Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
      - Provide effective communication and service to customers, influencing internal decisions and priorities on business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 10 years of proven sales and management experience
      - Prior experience managing a large territory and working from a virtual office
      - Strong technical sales experience with a successful track record in high-tech product solutions
      - Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong working knowledge of the semiconductor industry
      - Proven background in developing relationships with key decision-makers and successfully closing complex product deals
      - Ability to travel as needed
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Positive attitude with a capacity for quick learning
