      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and manage consultative partnerships with worksite and voluntary benefit distributors
      - Stay informed on healthcare trends and product solutions within voluntary benefits
      - Manage target account lists and maintain pipeline management reports
      - Follow a comprehensive sales process, including marketing programs and customer needs analysis
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of sales experience
      - 2+ years of experience with voluntary benefits or group benefits
      - 1+ year of experience generating and analyzing sales reports
      - Licensed agent in your resident state for Life & Health
      - Ability to travel 70% within assigned territory of North Texas or Oklahoma

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Consultative sales experience with strong oral and written communication skills
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
      - Proven interpersonal effectiveness and conflict resolution skills
      - Experience with MS Office Suite and Salesforce
