What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet sales goals and objectives through proactive sales activities and business development
- Identify potential clients and promote CAD/CAM software solutions to meet their needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring consistent business follow-up
- Prepare, submit, and close sales deals while providing accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and industry events to introduce new products and gather market information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, with a preference for capital equipment sales or CAD/CAM
- Strong active listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proven experience in generating and qualifying customer leads and tracking via CRM
- Willingness to travel and flexibility in work approach
