What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, develop, and execute strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory, targeting educational institutions
- Independently source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking
- Build and nurture relationships with key educational stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with a Junior Sales Representative to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, address client concerns, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences
- Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience with a documented track record of achievement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
- Willingness and ability to travel 25-50% within the defined territory
