      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets within the assigned region
      - Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified industrial safety projects
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as plant managers and safety directors
      - Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend tailored safety solutions
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial, construction, or capital equipment environments
      - Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and work with multiple decision-makers
      - Strong business development skills and the ability to work independently in a remote role
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot
      - Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
      - Reside within or near the Phoenix, AZ territory and be able to travel regionally
