      How your role will add to the story:

      The Regional Service Manager (RSM) is responsible for the dealer service performance within their designated territory including but not limited to: After-Sales Business Development, Workshop and Service Process, Parts Logistics, Collision Centres, Customer Relations and ensuring the Best Customer Experience (BCE). The RSM is the primary dealer liaison and single point of contact for all daily Business Development, Service and Parts Operations, and Technical topics. The RSM is responsible for supporting the organization’s desired achievement of their dealer’s stated business goals, by assisting with the implementation of the various service processes..

      A day in the life:

      • Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Follow company standards of personal presentation; and adhere to all Mercedes-Benz Canada and Daimler policies including compliance, and integrity standards. Comply with local, provincial and federal laws including those governing the rules of the road, and health and safety
      • Conduct regular dealer visits during which you will assist and provide guidance to the dealers by highlighting potential for improvements to their overall business operations
      • Review data analytics of the market place with the intention towards addressing deficiencies
      • Maintain individual monthly dealer performance statistics and action plans to address After-Sales related deficiencies
      • Administer and implement all corporate OEM policies and programs effectively and efficiently
      • Conduct reviews and audits as prescribed and support implementation of corrective measures, which includes ongoing monitoring
      • Escalate Technical issues with TAS based on severity/complexity and aging.
      • Support implementation of Service processes as promoted by MBC
      • Cascade all business pertinent information as necessary

      Mercedes-Benz Star skills, requirements & traits:

      • College diploma or University degree in Business Management or Automotive trade
      • 5-7 years of experience in relevant automotive position: preferably with a luxury manufacturer
      • Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of dealer service/parts operations
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
      • Consultative, analytical & detail oriented; Strong training abilities – must be a motivator
      • Multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills along with strong presentation and organizational skills.
      • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
      • The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
      • Territory management and dealer contact experience
      • Ability to work remotely or out of home without direct daily supervision
      • Ability to travel within the region (overnight travel may be required)
      • Bilingual (French and English) required for the GMA and Quebec & Maritimes regions
