      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform on-site installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and qualification of instrumentation
      - Collaborate with Professional Services and outsourcing functions for customer-focused solutions
      - Analyze findings from inspections and recommend corrective actions to resolve issues
      - Serve as a communication link between customers and the company to ensure effective service delivery
      - Mentor and train colleagues on equipment operations and customer service best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Service Engineer with specific product line knowledge
      - Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or sciences preferred
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% overnight
      - Strong communication skills and ability to establish good customer rapport
      - Ability to prioritize service requests and produce clear documentation

      - Experience with specific instrumentation related to the product line supported
      - Exceptional soft skills for handling customer needs and expectations
      - Proven track record of addressing complex repairs and managing customer complaints
