      Regional Training Manager - México

      Your Role on Our Team

      Under the direction of and reporting to the National Sales Manager FMM/Training, the México Field Training Manager is responsible for the execution of Training for the Sales organization of México as well as the continuous improvement of current programs and assisting in the development of new programs. This person will closely partner with México stakeholders and ensure that training maintains alignment with the core training and development strategy while driving business needs.

      You will be Empowered to affect change through these duties and responsibilities:

      · Partner with México training team and México leaders to develop, implement and maintain a product training program for the field, at the onboarding level and beyond.

      · Facilitate and divide duties with entire México training team for onboarding and other Sales training programs for Latin America, both in-person and virtually, including pre- and post- communication tasks with learners and México leaders.

      · Leverage multiple solutions and modalities to train employees across the markets and regions.

      · Execute and support training tied to product, including but not limited to New Product Launches, focus product categories, and Milwaukee Innovation Training (MIT) bootcamps, both in-person and virtual training initiatives, partnering with México FMM team, México Product Marketing, and México sales leaders.

      · Maintain existing training materials to update consistently and manage business changes to ensure program relevance.

      · Lead the charge on change implementation tied to MIT.

      · Partner with field sales to execute infield trainings both internal and external (mix of virtual and in person).

      · Coach and provide real time field back to field sales regarding presentation skills, asking questions, MIT delivery, and basic sales skills.

      · Drive effective operating rhythm with México leaders and their teams.

      · Continuously assess and improve México training programs based on feedback from new hires, seasoned field team members, leaders, and other stakeholders.

      · Stay current with industry best practices to enhance the Milwaukee Tool LATAM training experience.

      The tools you’ll bring with you:

      · Bachelor’s degree

      · Fully bilingual in Spanish and English: reading, professional writing, and fluent speaking.

      · Able to travel 75% of the time (mainly into Latin America).

      · Excellent communication skills and ability to translate training needs into curriculum.

      · Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.

      · Minimum of 3 years of experience at Milwaukee Tool.

      Other tools we prefer you to have:

      · Multiple roles within sales, training responsibilities in a previous role
