      Job Summary

      The Caliber Auto Glass Regional Vice President is responsible for delivering operational consistency while providing the highest overall value for continued business growth. This role will direct and lead the assigned regions and markets by establishing and maintaining company goals, standards for performance, team development, financial performance, and world class customer experience to gain lifetime promotors and grow Caliber’s reputation in the marketplace.

      Roles and Responsibilities

      • Source and recruit qualified candidates for potential employment; establish pipeline for recruiting high quality talent
      • Demonstrate a strong ability to lead, develop, and inspire leaders to achieve established business performance goals
      • Coach and support the training and development of field regional managers and general managers.
      • Provide clear expectations and necessary tools, training & information for each Region Manager and as needed to General Managers within the regions markets
      • Establish specific performance metrics and hold Regional Manager accountable through feedback & timely reviews
      • Recognize and reward good performance through timely and specific feedback; encourage teammate professional growth & career development
      • Resolve escalated customer & client opportunities in a timely manner
      • Grow and maintain regional relationships with vendor and industry partners, key Caliber Collision clients, and strategic external clients to capitalize on market opportunities
      • Ensure safety standards and standard operating procedures are followed
      • Deliver exceptional customer service to deliver on performance benchmarks
      • Align sales projections and capacity planning to maximize the workflow
      • Provide insight regarding marketing plans, sales, and market growth opportunities
      • Perform quality control & inventory review on tools, fleet, and safety
      • Partner with cross functional teams to implement and continuously improve field operations and organizational goals
      • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies

      Qualifications, Education & Experience

      • 10+ years of experience in the auto service industry
      • 7+ years’ experience leading leaders and mentoring a teams
      • Excellent communication, time management, organizational and sales skills
      • Previous Regional Manager experience with Caliber or other similar auto service organization required
      • Self-started, ability to work independently
      • Effective problem-solving skills; strong analytic skills
      • Excellent internal and external sales and customer service skills; Personable, friendly demeanor with “World Class” customer service approach to internal and external customers
      • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Agile in learning new software applications
      • Team Player
      • Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
      • Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use/read computer keyboard and screen
      • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, push/pull, crouch, and reach frequently
      • Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and/or caustic chemicals
      • Moderate noise levels in this working environment
      • Occasionally exposed to hot, cold, wet or humid conditions
      • Must be able to lift 15 pounds
