      Current Need

      We are looking for a strategic leader to drive technology integration & Customer Success for large medical practices that rely on our full stack IT services to deliver care to cancer patients. It's about thinking like the customer—understanding their goals and consistently evolving the technology strategy to deliver value. We are seeking a problem solver—someone creative enough to design operating models to integrate new medical practices effectively into the US Oncology Network (USON). This requires a ability to put together compelling technology integration & digital transformation programs that will scale, with management and organization change skills to put those programs into effect, and with business and operational savvy to bring together and report on efficiency.

      Job Description

      Responsibilities

      • Responsibility for outcome driven technology engagements determined by customer needs, helping us achieve our mission of accelerating value delivered by IT to our customers

      • Work with Business Development to evolve customer technology proposition and technology integration model for integrating new Oncology practices into our technology ecosystem

      • Develop the technology transformation & integration strategy for our IT portfolio at some of the largest medical practices in North America

      • Manage both a direct support and cross-functional team to meet deliverables and deadlines

      • Deliver efficiently via strong operational focus, capability development, and alignment with key partners in technical, medical and administrative domains

      • Responsible for the development of engagement models, methodologies, and offerings that ensure the adoption of standardized IT products at our customers

      • Develop thoughtful and strategic approaches which drives adoption and value realization

      • Attract, recruit, inspire and retain the best talent

      • Develop relationships and have frequent interaction with customers, including VPs, and C-level executives

      • Collaborate with other senior leaders to achieve shared business outcomes

      • Technical expertise to constructively engage with product leadership to help shape the product roadmap

      • Meet with the customer and support teams to implement technology changes through virtual meetings and onsite at Oncology practice locations

      Minimum Requirements

      Typically requires 13+ years of professional experience and 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience)

      Critical Skills

      • 8+ years of Director or above level experience in Technology Management, Program Management or Business integration / acquisitions

      • Demonstrates solid understanding of healthcare clinical settings or retail front door

      • Strong track record of leading customer relationships centered around technology integration and digital transformation through strong partnerships

      • Strong technical background and understanding

      • Ability to convey sophisticated ideas and influence customers and colleagues at an executive level

      Additional Skills

      • Be an inspiring leader and shown success in large-scale transformations

      • Strong change agent

      • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written in English

      Education

      Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

      As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

      Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $153,400 - $255,600
