      Qualifications, Duties, and Perks


      On an Average Day You Will:

      (includes but not limited to)

      • Ensure new hospice branches align with the organization’s overall business strategy.
      • Oversee De Novo branch success in achieving sales, operational, clinical, and financial goals.
      • Assess and ensure senior regional leaders' alignment with the mission and core values of Bristol Hospice.
      • Collaborate with regional management to develop and implement systems, processes, and personnel infrastructure to support rapid growth.
      • Review and coordinate key performance indicators (KPIs) for De Novo branches, including productivity, admissions, discharges/transfers, CAP liability, staffing, and expenses.
      • Direct and oversee clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, compliant, and safe care delivery.
      • Manage and report on the operational health of De Novo branches, ensuring operational efficiency.
      • Drive new branches to meet census goals, profitability, cash flow, and overall business objectives.
      • Partner with the Region President on budget management and financial performance for new branches.
      • Recruit, motivate, and lead high-performing regional teams, focusing on talent acquisition and retention for new locations.
      • Oversee ongoing training and development for De Novo team members, providing coaching and evaluating performance.
      • Ensure adherence to healthcare laws and regulations across all De Novo branches.
      • Collaborate with leadership to enhance operational efficiency and compliance for new branches.
      • Travel: Approximately 65-70% travel required.

      Requirements:

      • Must have (5) years of experience in hospice/homecare management
      • Extensive background in hospice operations and sales/growth
      • Bonus points for experience in Due Diligence, Startup/Denovo, and Acquisitions
      • We are seeking an exceptional communicator and someone who is adaptable and enthusiastic
      • Must be able to drive results, solve problems, and hold others accountable while expanding territories
      • Must be able to travel and work flexible hours
      • Must be willing to travel to hospice locations as assigned and be flexible with working hours
