      £ 64,000 - £78,000 - depending on skills and experience + company car allowance

      Permanent, Full time, 37 hours per week

      Hybrid role- mixture of office based when required and home working across the Anglian Water region

As a Water Recycling Network Regional Manager, you will play a key role in delivering our purpose. You will be accountable for the sewerage network, associated pumping stations and overflows, and managing and supporting several employees across the Anglian Water region. You will lead your team of Network Managers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the sewerage network, including prevention and management of operational incidents. You will use your tech nical e xp ertise to support business investment decisions for the best value outcomes for our customers.

You will prioriti s e wellbeing and performance with the focus overall to always deliver excellent results.       What will you be doing?

      As a Water Recycling Network Regional Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the sewerage network, associated pumping stations and overflows as well as managing and supporting several employees across the Anglian Water region. As an inspiring leader you will promote a culture where the delivery of excellent customer service and environmental prosperity is central to everything we do!

      You will provide leadership to your team of Network Managers to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the sewerage network, including prevention and management of operational incidents. You will use your technical expertise to support business investment decisions for the best value outcomes for our customers.

You will prioritise wellbeing and performance with the focus overall to always deliver excellent results.       What does it take to be a Regional Network Manager?

      - O perational experience within a leadership role

      - Broad understanding of regulatory framework applicable to Water Recycling processes

      - Excellent communicator

      - Ability to work under pressure whilst balancing priorities

      - Technical expertise

      - Strong commercial acumen- someone who understands the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and can promote this amongst the wider team

      - Advocate for environmental protection, driving change in this arena and championing future improvements to help enrich the environment and help impact sustainability overall

      - Full UK driving licence
