- Participates in new client assessments and intake, to include development of functional assessments in partnership with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Develops Behavior Support Plans under the supervision of the BCBA
- Training staff on principles of behavior management for targeted behavior reduction and replacement behavior acquisition; individual client behavior plans; how to effectively instruct and deliver individualized goals; and other behavioral training.
- Coordinates, conducts, and participates in individual client behavior reviews.
- Oversees data collection for Behavior Intervention goals and Behavior Support Plans.
- Data collection and documentation of progress on Behavior Support Plans and instructional plans, documentation of behavior or other observations; session notes; incident/injury reports; and other documentation as assigned.
- Provides feedback and retraining, as needed, to improve staff performance related to behavior intervention plans and instructional methods.
- Develops behavioral goals for client IEP, ISP, or IPP under the supervision of the BCBA.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician Credential.
- Good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
- Two-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in developmentally disabled individual, preferably in a day program setting.
- Must be able to obtain Class B Driver’s License with 2 Years Clean Driving Record

OVERVIEW –
We’re seeking for a Registered Behavior Technician Level 2 to join our TERI team!
The Registered Behavior Technician Level 2 coordinates and manages behavior intervention services within their designated program. Responsibilities include designing and modifying behavior programs under BCBA supervision, conducting monthly reviews and analyses of behavioral data, charting this data, ensuring fidelity in implementing individualized client behavior support plans, providing staff training, supervising crisis intervention, and delivering direct support services as needed. The Level 2 RBT operates within the ABA department under the guidance of an assigned BCBA, with work shifts aligned to the program’s operational hours.
