      OVERVIEW:

      TERI’s Out of Home Respite department is seeking experienced, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time positions supporting individuals with special needs who exhibit moderate behavioral challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while using your skills in a positive, team-oriented environment.


      Responsibilities:

      • Provides support to children and adults with Autism and developmental disabilities in a group setting.
      • Ability to safely manage problematic behavior in public spaces.
      • Work closely with special needs clients during social and recreational public outings
      • Maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
      • Overseeing & Managing behavior safely through evidence-based practices and company approved methods.

      Rate: $30/hour


      Schedule : Saturdays (less than 20 hours per week)


      Requirements:

      • Active RBT certification
      • Experience working with individuals with Moderate levels of behavior.
      • Availability during afternoons, early evenings, and weekends.
      • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
      • Acceptable driving history.
      • Personal mode of transportation.
      • High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
      • Criminal background check required.
