      Wabash Center comes from humble beginnings. The origin of the organization can be traced to a core group of families with children who had special needs who wanted better options for services for their loved ones. Today, Wabash Center has grown into a comprehensive service provider for those with disabilities or special needs that is leading the way to supporting individuals in their pursuit of quality of life for them and their families. Our newest clinical program, SOAR, offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children in a fun, safe, and educational environment focused on fostering social and life skills!

      We have an established history of providing quality care for those with disability or special needs and we will continue in our pursuit to nurture possibilities for the future of those we serve. We love what we do. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we’re not going to stop any time soon.

      Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will ensure the progress and support of our clients through 1:1, individualized therapy. Each day, you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to increase the quality of life for individuals with special needs.

      Here is what you can do for Wabash Center as our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

      • Maintain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) by adhering to all necessary professional & ethical requirements.
      • Use your knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies to implement 1:1, individualized therapy.
      • Be an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to meeting the needs of each person served in order to obtain the most meaningful outcomes that will impact that client and their families.
      • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment and keep all appropriate information in a confidential and professional manner, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations
      • Bring your experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities to foster a safe, diverse, and professional work environment.
      • Be a positive representative of Wabash Center to the individuals we serve, their families, and the community.
