      Starting Pay: $57,783 per year
      Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
      Schedule: Monday–Friday, first shift

      Sign-on bonus: $5,500

      What You’ll Do:

      • Perform patient screenings, prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and apply sealants and fluoride treatments.
      • Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and home care techniques.
      • Collaborate with dental and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
      • Maintain accurate clinical records and follow infection control protocols.
      • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture.

      Requirements

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Ohio.
      • CPR/BLS Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
      • Experience working in a community health or underserved setting is a plus.
      • A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
      • Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program.
