      Responsibilities

      Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we‘re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population.

      The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) provides works as part of the clinic provider team and assists providers in the provision of primary health care. The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing limited direct patient services and performs specifically designated procedures as directed by a physician. You will support doctor and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Must have a high work ethic that is performed with patience and kindness.

      Qualifications

      -Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

      -Certification/registration for medical assistant.

      -Excellent computer and communication skills.

      -Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescent and adults preferred.

      -Duties include computer documentation, EMR, assist provider, patient communication.
