Collecting comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health or situation to ensure optimal patient care
Identifying expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and their situation
Developing plans that prescribe strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes
Correctly administering measures to promote a safe environment for patients and others while knowing the rationale for and the effects of medications and treatments
Instituting appropriate nursing interventions that might be required to stabilize a patient’s condition and/or prevent complications
Communicating properly and clearly to providers and co-workers to promote a safe environment for patients and others
Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Will accept a foreign equivalent as determined by a professional evaluation service.
Current Registered Nurse (“RN”) License for the state of Texas.
Basic Life Support (“BLS”) Certification
