What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform telephone triage with a diverse patient population
- Assess needed care and collaborate with patients and others to provide clinical solutions
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments in a non-traditional nursing environment
- Actively participate in team conferences to assess patient education needs
- Notify leadership of operational concerns and all encounters with patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina required
- Must apply for and maintain a South Carolina Registered Nurse license and any other necessary licenses
- Experience in telephone triage, pediatrics, and ED triage is desired
- BLS certification required per policy guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or telehealth environment
