      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - English language proficiency in both written and spoken forms
      - Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
      - Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a U.S. state or territory
      - Minimum educational requirement: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing
      - Experience equivalent to Nurse I, Level 1 for advancement to higher nursing levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
      - 1-2 years of professional nursing experience in a healthcare setting
      - Specialized training or certification in nursing practice
      - Strong leadership and collaborative skills
      - Experience with evidence-based practice and research in nursing
