- Nurse Advice Line : Provides telephone or HIPAA compliant messaging support to current PPCW clients by providing reproductive health care information and telephone services in an effective, efficient and nonjudgmental manner.
- Clinical Quality Audits : Works in collaboration with the Associate Medical Director to complete clinical practice audits and report results to the department and management.
- Clinical Follow-up Management : Ensures follow-up activities are conducted and documented in a timely and accurate manner for assigned health centers.
- Surgical Services Support : Participates in the surgical services program(s) for the health centers providing pre-op, intra-op and post-op patient care as assigned.

- Requires education commensurate with state statute licensure requirements for practice capacity as a Registered Nurse in Oregon.
- Must comply with licensure requirements for practice capacity and have current license in practicing state(s).
- 1 year of clinical experience as an RN or 2 years’ experience as a Clinic Assistant in a PP affiliate or reproductive health work setting.
- Exhibit the ability to maintain effective communication with Patient Access Center team and leadership via email, chat, phone or text if/when working from home.
- Provide reliable internet connection if/when working from home.
- Professional, positive attitude with proven ability to contribute effectively to highly functioning work teams required as it a commitment to Planned Parenthood, its philosophy and goals.
- Float and per diem RNs must be able to work at all PPCW locations.
- Bilingual RNs must be fluent in the language evidenced by successful passing of the internal exam.
- Planned Parenthood work experience preferred.
- Familiarity with PPFA Medical Standards and Guidelines, PPCW Medical Standards and Guidelines, and Patient Services Department policies and procedures preferred.
- Background in Risk Management, Quality Improvement, or related relevant experience preferred.

(This position is based in Portland, OR but is expected to work hybrid remote; candidate must reside in Oregon or Washington).

The Registered Nurse - Case Management provides clinical services and support to the Patient Services Department primarily through staffing the Nurse Advice Line, performing clinical follow up management, and participating in clinical quality chart audits and risk management reporting. Additional duties may include surgical services support.
This position involves:
Compensation: $42.63 hourly or more, depending on experience.Benefits:Schedule: Part-time (22.5 hours/week).
Tuesday Wednesday Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm 9:00am - 5:00pm 9:00am - 5:00pm Position Details: This is a represented, hourly (non-exempt) position. This position is based out of Flanagan Regional Service Center in Northeast Portland, currently working remote. Hybrid and remote work options will be discussed in the interview process. PPCW complies with all Federal and State Covid-19 Vaccine Mandates.
