      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop the Plan of Care (POC) in collaboration with the Care Recipient and their family
      - Supervise and assess Caregivers, ensuring quality care is provided to clients
      - Provide guidance to caregivers, clients, and families on maintaining ADL functions
      - Conduct initial client interviews and assess client needs
      - Assist in caregiver assignments and provide ongoing training and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree from an accredited nursing school
      - Current unrestricted RN license in NC
      - 3+ years of geriatric experience
      - Minimum 2+ years of management/supervisory experience
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults
