      Maximus is currently seeking Quality Assurance Clinical Analysts to support the Independent Practitioner Panel (IPP) Program.       Education and Experience Requirements:

      - Active New York Registered Nurse License
      - 2+ years of RN experience in home care, medical, surgical, geriatric, LTC, and/or ambulatory care
      - Strong working ability with all forms of technology
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Detail and solution-oriented
      - Exceptional analytical skills

      Primary Responsibilities:

      - Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to develop an effective quality monitoring program.
      - Provide QA training to Independent Practitioners for quality actions in their daily practice.
      - Audit Practitioner Orders and Care Plan Reviews for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
      - Research consumer complaints and forward them for investigation.
      - Collect data related to Practitioner Order and Care Plan Reviews.
      - Examine cases for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
      - Analyze data for outliers and conduct research on such cases.
      - Develop and complete reports tracking and trending activities/outcomes.
      - Act as an advisor to program staff on all QA and Compliance issues related to the IPP program.
      - Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Care Management.
      - 2+ years of previous work experience in Quality and Risk Management in a hospital or health plan setting conducting peer reviews.

      Home Office Requirements:

      - Employer provides company-issued computer equipment.
      - Reliable high-speed internet service.
      - Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity.
      - Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds.
