Job summary
We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within a Community Hospital, that has a variety of different specialities- Rehab, COTE, Nurse Led , and Community Resources Team.
We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to work to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working, in some areas on a 12 hour shift system or on a three shift system.

Main duties of the job
To support the Senior staff with the running of the ward on a shift by shift basis.
To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care
To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team
To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework
