- Req#: 8856
- Colorado RN license in good standing.
- BLS from the American Heart Association within the conditional period.
- ACLS within six months of hire.
- 1-2 years psychiatric experience preferred.
- 1-2 years Medical experience preferred
- 1-2 years ECT experience preferred
- Provides direct total patient care for specific group of patients with collaboration as needed.
- Demonstrates clinical competence in performing nursing procedures and identifies the rationale underlying the nursing skills.
- Identifies patient care problems, makes interventions based upon an understanding of the biopsychosocial processes.
- Assesses patient status systematically and anticipates and responds to changes in patient clinical condition.
- Actively seeks participation of the patient, family, and other members of the health care team to assure continuity of patient care.
- Communicates clearly in all aspects of documentation.
Per Diem, Days. Various hours/week.
Pay Range is between $36.43-$54.65/hr, depending on years of relevant and like experience. **Range includes per diem differential.

POSITION SUMMARY
To supervise and deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care to all patients receiving ECT; to serve actively and constructively as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatments team, supporting the hospital philosophy of nursing care; to ensure the safety and well-being of each ECT patient; to provide support to assessment department regarding appropriate ECT admissions
