      Position Title: Registered Nurse

      Location: Gosford Hospital

      About The Role

      The Registered Nurse is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing nursing care to patients and clients of the health service; and leading, directing and supervising other nurses and care roles in the team, such as Assistants in Nursing and Enrolled Nurses, to support quality care for patients/ clients.

      About You

      • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
      • Recent clinical experience in the position speciality and commitment to quality improvement, practice development and evidence-based practice.
      • Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and sound written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
      • Understanding of team nursing and demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
