- Clinical Supervisor - PCU
- Hiring for Full Time ONLY – (3) - 12-hour shifts per week.
- Day Shift (7am-7:30pm) & Night Shift (7pm-7:30am) available for both departments.
- Salary Range for RNs: $50.80-$69.13 (based on years of experience)
- Salary Range for Clinical Supervisors: $56.37-$81.73 (based on years of experience)
- Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 for day shift / $6,000 for night shift
- Registered Nurse: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the area of specialty in an acute care facility.
- Clinical Supervisor: Minimum 2 year of recent experience in the area of specialty in an acute care facility. Charge Nurse, supervisory expertise in department specific preferred.
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current CA RN license.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- NIH Stroke Certification.

Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California , is a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year, and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center.
Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals’ Core Values and the hospitals mission statement
