      What You Will Do
      As an RN with Safe Hands, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes, helping them recover and maintain their independence. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and family members to create and implement personalized care plans that make a real difference in patients' lives.

      • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
      • Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy, and medication management.
      • Educate patients and families on disease management and home care techniques.
      • Serve as an advocate for your patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
      • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support seamless patient care.
      • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes.

      Qualifications


      What We’re Looking For

      • An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
      • At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience is a plus but not required).
      • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
      • Strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.
      • The ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team.
      • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
