      Our 49-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, located at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital, provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to individuals who have experienced a serious injury or illness.

      Job Description

      As a Registered Nurse on the Inpatient Rehab unit, you will:

      • Provide nursing care via the nursing process for the development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care
      • Collect and analyze patient/significant other data
      • Complete an admission database and ongoing assessment to include collaboration with patients, significant others and other health care providers
      • Implement a plan of care for each patient (utilizing clinical pathways where applicable) and individualize to meet the age specific needs of patients/significant others
      • Identify variances and make adjustments in the plan of care based on evaluation of the plan and effectiveness of nursing interventions

      Qualifications

      • Active RN license in the state of NC (must be in good standing with no sanctions/restrictions)
      • Associate's or Bachelor's (preferred) in Nursing from an accredited college
      • BLS through the American Heart Association
      • Minimum of 6 months nursing experience
