- Per-diem DAY & NOC shift
- DAY Shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm
- NOC Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
- 12-hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT)
- DT after 12th hour
- Salary Range: $38.00-$41.50 per hour, based on experience
- Overtime pay after 8th hour (OT pay = $57.00-$62.25 per hour)
- NOC shift = $2.00 per hour shift differential
- NeuroRestorative facility located on Aztec Drive
- CLHF (Congregate Living Health Facility)
- 15-bed facility
- Low patient ratios

- Accredited RN degree, current state RN license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Minimum one year of experience
- Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving
- Reliable, responsible, compassionate, empathetic, flexible
- Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Help your patients live better by conducting assessments, implementing health care plans, and monitoring patients’ conditions

- Collaborate with teams of physicians and external medical centers partners who prioritize patient outcomes as much as you do
- Leverage your clinical skills to provide technical assistance, medical oversight, and training of staff to ensure extraordinary care
- Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment to best meet patients’ biological, physical, and behavioral needs
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.Our NeuroRestorative facility located in La Mesa, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.
