  Earn $35.99/hour with full benefits or $37.99/hour with the enhanced pay option + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend

  Position Description

  We’re seeking a dedicated RN to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) or Forensic ACT (FACT) team — a dynamic, multidisciplinary group that brings care directly to the community.

  This is not your typical nursing job. You’ll be out in the field, building relationships, supporting recovery, and helping individuals thrive in their own environments.

  What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver holistic care: Monitor health and psychiatric medications, provide education, and support wellness.
  • Be part of a team: Collaborate daily with psychiatrists, social workers, peer specialists, and more.
  • Make house calls: Provide care in homes, shelters, and community settings — wherever you're needed most.
  • Respond to crises: Offer calm, skilled intervention when clients are in distress.
  • Empower families: Educate and support loved ones to foster healing and understanding.

  Qualifications

  The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A current Louisiana Nursing License
  • A valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation is required.
  • Willing to work in a community setting with members diagnosed with SMIs and Co-Occurring Disorders.
