      Registered Nurse - Long Term Care
      Backfill 1125296 - Assignment for 16-32 weeks



      RN for Long Term Care Unit: 72H biweekly - will work 4 x 8s one week and 5 x 8s the next. Floating required. Cat on unit - cannot be allergic. Traveler Must be able to work all holidays. Questionnaire attached to position files needs to be reviewed with interested candidates and uploaded in system for IVS review. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day.

      Requirements:
      • Dementia Capable Care certification preferred
      • Prior travel is required
      • A minimum of 1 year in LTC experience required
      • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable

      Additional Information:
      • IVS to OFFER
      • Monday to Sunday
      • No block schedules for any reason
      • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 9/01
      • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
      • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit
