Job summary

Working alongside the Clinical Lead to inspire a team that is able to deliver outstanding care on a 1 to 1, with a personal touch.
Develop your leadership skills by working closely with our team of Directors and deputise for Clinical Lead as required.
Main duties of the job
THE ROLE:
As a Stonewood Registered Nurse you will have a NMC PIN Number and have experience of delivering high levels of care across different settings of complex and acute care, which may include Acute Medical Wards, A&E, District Nursing and other similar areas.
You will help lead our care colleagues by delivering high level training, engaging with the families and service-users we support, being the clinical link for local commissioners and completing new and ongoing clinical reviews and referrals.
You will be supported to:
Provide Clinical Oversight of an Ongoing Caseload.
Completing ongoing clinical face to face reviews of service-users.
Liaise with commissioners and families to accept new service-user referrals.
Complete and review relevant care plans and assessments.
Conduct clinical training of new care team members.
Provide support to coordination team to ensure shifts are safely and appropriately staffed.
Complete clinical auditing to ensure clinical KPI's are attained.
.Develop your own clinical skills and leadership abilities within a healthcare environment and deputise for Clinical Lead as required.
