- Current RN license in State of North Carolina, with familiarity of the Lake Norman area
- Valid Drivers License
- Bachelor's degree and three years of related work experience strongly preferred
- One year experience in a home health industry
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a very dynamic environment
- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
- Proficiently in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required
- Ability to learn other software programs quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Assess current and potential clients to meet State Requirements
- Ensure capabilities of clients and care professionals are matched meeting high standards for quality care.
- Work with staff to develop and grow the region
Senior Helpers Lake Norman is expanding and needs your leadership as an RN working with our highly valued team and customers!
The Registered Nurse(RN) position will be responsible for assessing clients and care professionals to ensure we are providing high quality care for our clients.
This will be accomplished through working with the current staff to develop relationships with our care professionals as well as clients to maintain and grow the Lake Norman Market.
Reports to Owner/President
Position works out of Lake Norman Office.
