- Assess residents’ healthcare needs and oversee daily care.
- Ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
- Keep precise and up-to-date medical records for residents.
- Ensure documentation is completed in a timely and compliant manner.
- Foster communication among the healthcare team, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
- Address concerns from residents or families, working toward effective solutions.
- Enforce infection control protocols and ensure safety measures are met.
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to meet or exceed healthcare standards.
- On site 32+ hours per week
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Michigan.
- One-year previous experience in a residential setting preferred.
- Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
