  The Creative Alternative Outpatient Community Psychiatric Team is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care coordination and treatment oversight for patients with a variety of psychiatric diagnoses. This position offers a dynamic role, including clinic-based work, care coordination/case management, and community-based patient support.

  As part of a multidisciplinary team, the RN will be responsible for conducting initial assessments, educating patients and families on medical treatments, and coordinating patient care, including scheduling and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a passion for mental health, and the ability to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

  Who Should Apply :

  • Associate degree in Nursing required
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required
  • RN work experience required. Home health and/or case management experience preferred

  Applicants with an Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire

  Salary Range: Minimum 38.49 per hour - Maximum 59.66 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

  In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
