- Administer chemotherapy and related treatments, ensuring safe and effective patient care both directly and indirectly.
- Perform comprehensive physical assessments in-person or via phone triage.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care in the electronic medical record using designated nursing forms.
- Support treatment adherence by monitoring patient compliance and promoting continuity of care.
- Ensure the infusion center meets all safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Serve as an advocate for patients’ psychosocial well-being and support needs.
- Collaborate with laboratory and pharmacy teams to facilitate on-site processing and medication preparation.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Nurse Manager or Clinical Manager.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; minimum of one year of oncology nursing experience required.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, with at least one year of oncology experience.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy certification required.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in an outpatient oncology infusion center preferred

OverviewANNUAL SALARY (DEPENDING ON SKILLS/EXPERIENCE): $130,000.00 - $165,000.00
SCOPE: The Infusion RN is responsible for providing patient care in the infusion setting under physician supervision, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This role requires effective interaction with patients, their families, and members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team while upholding the standards of professional nursing practice.

Monday – Friday, No weekends
8:00a-4:30p or 8:30a – 5:00p
