      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the Gloria J. McNeal Nurse Managed Clinic, ensuring efficient workflows and quality care delivery
      - Manage grant-funded activities and assist with budget oversight and compliance
      - Collaborate with advanced practice nurses and community health staff to optimize clinic services and patient care
      - Conduct evaluations and maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
      - Engage with community leaders and represent the clinic at outreach events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctoral degree in healthcare or a related field preferred, with a Master of Science in Nursing required
      - Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Certification and Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership
      - Experience in higher education student success programming or grants management preferred
      - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience coordinating or managing federal grant programs
      - Background working with underserved populations or communities of color
      - Evidence of prior experience serving in a nurse faculty position
      - Familiarity with office policies and procedures in a healthcare environment
      - Proficiency in data entry and reporting for grants
