- Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.
- Graduate of a CCNE accredited program in nursing within the last 2 years
- No acute care experience as a Registered Nurse required
- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing or a RN Multistate License part of the NLC Jurisdiction or will obtain by July 2025.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) by an institution accredited by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Required.
- Preferred: Graduated within the last year.
- Graduate of a CCNE accredited program in nursing within the last 2 years
- No acute care experience as a Registered Nurse required
- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing or a RN Multistate License part of the NLC Jurisdiction or will obtain by July 2025.

ResponsibilitiesThis RN Residency Program is based in our Med/Surg units: 3 West - General Medical & 4 West - Total Joint/Post Surgical.
The Residency Program RN/GN under the supervision of the Preceptor, the Nurse Resident is responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary as well as communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
