- BSN Graduate of a CCNE accredited program in nursing within the last 2 years
- No acute care experience as a Registered Nurse required
- Registered Nurse (RN) with New Jersey Board of Nursing or a RN Multistate License part of the NLC Jurisdiction.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) by an institution accredited by the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Required.
- Preferred: Graduated within the last year.

ResponsibilitiesThe Residency Program RN/GN under the supervision of the Preceptor, the Nurse Resident is responsible for planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care, developing nursing care plan in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary as well as communicating changes in patient’s clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
