      What You'll Do: The Registered Nurse (RN) works as a contributing member of the Medical-Surgical Department at our main hospital campus. They will provide professional nursing care, treatment, counseling, and health education to assigned inpatients. The RN works as a part of a health care team and plans in conjunction with physicians and other care team members.

      • Monitors vital signs, administers medications, including intravenous medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with physicians and other members of the care team.
      • Provides support to patients including bandage maintenance, pain management, and ensuring patients receive adequate rest, fluids and nutrients.
      • Observes patients’ progress, records observations in patient medical records, and updates attending physicians directly when necessary.
      • Provides patient education and advocates for patients as necessary.
      • The RN assists in the maintenance of health and the prevention or management of illness, injury and disability.
      • Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

      Who We're Looking For:

      • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
      • Valid registration as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado required.
      • Must have current BLS card upon hire.
      • Position also requires ACLS, PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of initial employment.
      • All required certifications must maintain current status throughout GRHD employment.
      • Prefer one year of professional nursing experience in a patient care setting. Must be 18 years of age or older.

      What We Offer

      • $30.50 - $44.91 Dependent on experience may vary outside this range
      • Additional $2.00 - $4.00 an hour for additional weekend and night shifts
      • Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience
