- Regular travel to various Fraser Group Homes, located within the Twin Cities metro area is required
- This position a Full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am-5pm
- Salaried, Exempt
- This position also provides on-call support to clients and staff on a rotational basis
- Current Registered Nurse Licensure with the State of Minnesota required
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle background study
- Ability to pass MN DHS background study
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and techniques required
- Experience working with families and effectively communicating with parents/guardians required
- Proficiency in computer use, including the use of electronic medical records, required
- Fluency in the English language, including verbal & written communication with both internal and external contacts, required
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages required
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Exerting 36 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, 22-36 lbs. of force frequently
- Various medical equipment will be used
- This position will complete work in both an office environment and a home environment with vulnerable adults

Fraser is looking for Registered Nurse to work with our clients living in our group homes!
Responsibilities:
Registered Nurses at Fraser are responsible for coordinating all health services for individual clients within Fraser’s Community Living division, including: supervised living group homes, supportive living apartments, and home-based programs. Fraser nurses work collaboratively within our residential programs to ensure that all health-related services provided are essential to or helpful in the promotion, maintenance, and restoration of the health and well-being of each client.
Registered Nurses ensure all medications and treatments are administered according to prescribed order and the Medication and Healthcare Policy and Procedure Manual. They also monitor the validity and accuracy of all medical reporting and administration and provide medical training to staff to assure quality of care.
