      Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health
      PRN- Hours may Vary

      Hugh Chatham Health at Home (formerly Yadkin Valley Home Health) proudly serves Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC.

      Education and Formal Training: Associate degree in nursing, RN licensed in the State of North Carolina. Current CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire.

      Work experience: We offer extended training program for new graduates!

      Must have a valid Driver License, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record.

      Full time position: opportunity for company vehicle!

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgment, and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times. Actively functions as a patient advocate. Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.
