      We invite Registered Nurses and Clinical Assistants to apply and become a valued part of our Urgent Care Nursing Team!

      This position will work the following:

      • 56 hours per pay period
      • Every other weekend
      • 12 Hour Shifts
      • 8:00AM - 7:30PM

      Registered Nurse:

      Wage: $33.57 - $50.36 hourly rate

      Education Requirement:

      • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.

      Licensure/Certification Requirements:

      • Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
      • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.

      Key Roles and Responsibilities:

      • Deliver Comprehensive Care: Provide nursing services in primary and specialty outpatient facilities, non-acute community settings, and through telehealth encounters, ensuring accessible care for all patients.
      • Exercise Professional Autonomy: Take responsibility for your nursing practice by making informed decisions and promoting health, recognizing that quality care is a universal right.
      • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with patients and a multidisciplinary team to assess concerns, identify issues, and integrate both subjective and objective data.
      • Implement and Evaluate Care Plans: Develop tailored care plans, apply appropriate interventions, and continuously evaluate patient outcomes to enhance overall care quality.
      • Provide Urgent Care Nursing: Assess and manage a wide range of urgent health issues, perform triage, administer treatments, and educate patients on follow-up care and preventive measures.

      Clinical Assistant:

      Wage: $21.49 - $32.24 hourly rate

      Licensure/Certification Requirements:

      Must meet ONE of the following:

      • Current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant
      • Completion of a Medical Assistant Program, with certification required within one year of hire (must pass certification within two attempts)
      • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state

      Key Roles and Responsibilities:

      • Patient Care and Monitoring: Perform routine assessments such as measuring vital signs, recording patient histories, and observing symptoms to assist in diagnosing and monitoring patient health.
      • Assisting with Procedures: Support physicians and nurse practitioners during examinations and minor procedures by preparing equipment, assisting with patient positioning, and ensuring proper infection control.
      • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications, including injections and oral drugs, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects, ensuring accurate documentation.
      • Coordination of Care: Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, and assist in coordinating follow-up appointments and referrals.
      • Patient Intake and Preparation: Conduct initial patient intake processes, including gathering medical histories, updating personal information, and preparing patients for examination or diagnostic testing.

      Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

      • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certified, or able to obtain within 3 months.
